- Partner will provide ID.me with access to the Partner application to deliver the ID.me Widget and permit Partner End Users to access the ID.me Widget.
- Partner may only use, save or retain the Validation Responses associated with Partner End Users’ military affiliation for the sole purpose of making Product Offers.
- Partner may not disclose, transfer, sell or otherwise deliver to any other Person any Validation Responses with respect to any Partner End User or any lists, databases or similar compilations derived from the Validation Responses; it being understood that the Validation Responses may be used, saved and retained by Partner only for the limited purposes expressly set forth in this Agreement and only during the Term.
- Partner will not directly or indirectly transfer any data received from ID.me, including user data to any ad network, ad exchange, data broker, or other advertising or monetization related toolset, even if a user consents to such transfer or use.
